Where do you provide local delivery within Manitoba?

We are able to provide local delivery anywhere within Winnipeg, MB, Canada. We will send you an email or text message confirming the address and delivery time. If the gift is to be sent directly to your recipient please specify in the comments at check out or add their address to the “shipping address” form. 

Any orders outside of Winnipeg, MB will be shipped via Canada Post.

 

Is there a fee for delivery?

Local delivery fee is $6 for orders above $25. Orders under this threshold will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS.

Free local delivery within Winnipeg, MB for orders above $70. If you're located in Sage Creek, take advantage of FREE delivery by using code SAGECREEK. 

Free Canada-wide shipping for orders over $140. 

We currently offer a fixed shipping rate of $15 per order. 

We currently ship using Canada Post or UPS. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pick up is now available from our location in Sage Creek in Winnipeg, Manitoba! Select pick up at checkout. We will contact you directly to advise you when your order is ready for pick up.

Where do you ship?

We only ship our boxes within Canada. We may ship to the U.S. in the future.

 

How long does shipping within Canada take?

All orders are shipped out Expedited by Canada Post. Shipping usually takes 2-9 days across Canada. Due to the pandemic, shipping times may be delayed. 

Shipping your Chesco Box outside of Winnipeg, MB? Please be mindful of these shipping cut off dates as mail delivery gets slower closer to the holiday due to the volume of packages. We want to make sure your order arrives before Christmas- please shop early this holiday season!

 

 Do you have a return policy?

We do not accept returns on our gifts. Although, if an item arrives damaged please send us an email at info@chescobox.com and we will be more than happy to correct the issue.
