Where do you deliver within Manitoba?

We are able to provide delivery anywhere within Winnipeg, MB, Canada. We will send you an email confirming the delivery time. If the gift is to be sent directly to your recipient please specify in the comments at check out or add their address to the “shipping address” form. Please ensure your recipient is available during the delivery window, as we will not leave any gifts unattended on the door step, unless explicitly told to do so. 

Is there a fee for delivery?

Local delivery fee is $6 for orders above $30. Orders under this threshold will be shipped via Canada Post.

Free local delivery for orders above $80.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pick up is now available from our location in Sage Creek in Winnipeg, Manitoba! Use the code PICKUP on checkout to waive will waive the delivery fee. We will contact you directly to advise you when your order is ready for pick up, and the exact address.

Where do you ship?

We only ship our boxes within Canada. We may ship to the U.S. in the future.

What are your shipping fees? 

Flat rate shipping fee of $16 via Canada Post for "Pre-Made" Chesco Boxes.

Since customizable "Make Your Own" boxes have variable weights depending on the items you choose, shipping rates are thus based on weight. If you have a Pre-Made box and individual items, the shipping rate will also change due to the additional items. If the shipping fee is overcharged, we will refund overages. As a small business we are unable to provide free shipping rates at this time.

How long does shipping within Canada take?

All orders are shipped out Expedited by Canada Post. Shipping usually takes 2-8 days across Canada. Due to the pandemic, shipping times may be delayed. 

Shipping your Chesco Box outside of Winnipeg, MB? Please be mindful of these shipping cut off dates as mail delivery gets slower closer to the holiday due to the volume of packages. We want to make sure your order arrives before Christmas- please shop early this holiday season!

 Do you have a return policy?

We do not accept returns on our gifts. Although, if an item arrives damaged please send us an email at and we will be more than happy to correct the issue.
